Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders or stock delays which are out of our control. In this instance shipments may be delayed and we will endeavour to inform you of such on the product pages, via email or phone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is sent and tracked through TNT or Australia Post and generally takes 2-7 days throughout the Australia.You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Safe n Well is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We currently do not ship outside the Australia
